If you purchase a kit by Thursday you will pay the $99 up front fee and $9/month for a year. After Thursday the kit is $299 with no subscription.

Also, they changed what was supposed to take place in August--the $99 lifetime membership for V3. There is now no more charges after your year's subscription. They may have fee based offerings in the future, but what you have now will not require any more charges.
