Per the census, my paternal lineage is also out of Virginia, but I have not traced that far back to know who or where. My Gr-GF was born in Alabama, but says HIS father was born in Virginia.

Re Documentary: I first saw it on LINK TV which is a satellite-only station, but it has also run on the Sundance channel.
