These are the defining mutations for L3e2b, that you have.
Your first classification seems to be correct.
Maybe 23 and Me can clarify why they classified your subclade as L3e2a.
The reason I ask you did you have a mutation at hvr 2, 198 is that a mutation there, the subclade is L3e2a1.
