I recently learned that my maternaL side was a direct match to the Bubi from Bioko island also. My maternal grandmother's father has been traced to South Carolina--Stuckey is the last name. The family migrated around 1860-70s's to Mississippi. I have been trying to trace the family lineage prior to 1850. Ideally, I'd love to make the connection back to Bioko Islands.
