See, but in your "ignorance" you answered my question. Your match tested more markers than you. In reality you only matched him 12/25. I will keep my fingers crossed but unlikely that when you compare all of your 25 markers to all of his 25 markers that you will still match. The different haplogroups make more sense now that I know that your Y-dna profile was a less complete picture than his.
