Sorry I'm just getting back to you. The database you're using was tough for me to understand as well. As I recall, I was pretty turned around myself with these E values. As I understand it, you are correct that 8.4567E-13 is a closer match than the 7.9447E-13, however, I am not well versed in statistics, and it appears after having Chris look at my results that perhaps the 7.9447E-13 is actually the better match. All of this is my long about way of saying, I'm not 100% sure, LOL. Chris has been very helpful in this department so perhaps he can shed some light on the issue:0).
I can tell you, however, that when you use the omnipop your results should be much clearer. Once you're ready to use the Omnipop, definitely let me know if you have any problems, I've used the omnipop to compare my results with other company results and the results have been pretty much spot on. But, as is so frequently mentioned on this site, the results you get are only as good as the company's populations.
One additional thing about the ENFSI Database, you also need to know what FST value to enter. I was clueless, and therefore, I can assume that my results may have been less accurate because of this missing data.
