Not sure of the answer but when when I initially searched Dad's 8 marker results, he had 11 exact matches across several different haplogroups. When we expanded to 43 markers all those matches failed. Closest is a 24/25 match, same haplogroup I1c.

How many markers did your 12/12 match test?
