Fellow DNA Testers,

After you get your test results, don't forget to add them to one of the publicly-available databases so that others can find and connect with you. At this writing, European haplotypes are the majority of the posted. We need to get some African haplotypes into the mix.

Also, if you've received results that indicate a European haplotype (as I have on my Dad's paternal line), try searching the databases for a match to advance your research. I've had a tantalizing clue with an exact match on 8 markers that lead to a large plantation in the same county where my GF (b. 1861) was born. Awaiting results a 25-marker test to do further comparisons.
