For roughly 2 years I have been a volunteer supporter of a new American non-profit organization called the African Diaspora Medical Project, better known as ADMProject. This organization is comprised of African Americans and Africans, some of whom are from Cameroon. For some reason, I was deeply touched by the work they are planning in Cameroon; perhaps it was the lack of opportunities or the lack of things such as health care and basic infrastructure. Nevertheless, I wanted to join an organization that really cares about Africa.

Two days ago, I received my DNA results and it stated that my maternal lineage is 100% Tikar and Bamileke. Surprisingly enough, I have been working for my own tribe - smile.
