Yeah that's crazy huh??? How can someone be 82% anything and yet not find an ethnic group match??? 82% is a lot!! You would think they could take either her (meaning her Dad or brother assuming they are living and/or she has a brother or other male ydna tester) and testing only that portion, (like they did for Skip on PBS) and thus find a tribal match for her. Yep Chris, you've got a point on this DNA Tribes stuff! I figured, well it's only $25 bucks, what they heck. But now, as soon as they update with West AFrican populations I'm just going to pay again. Sometimes I wonder if some of these companies aren't playing on the fact that we've had so much of our history erased that we'll pay anything to piece together the puzzle of our genetic ancestry. Just a thought and I'm usually not a pessimist at all! Oh well, I'll update again. It's just frustrating when it doesn't make historical sense. Chris, yours and Tonya's sounds right though. Your ancestry is a beautiful blend of all the Globe!
