Re: DNA Tribes

Yes,LOL, Louisiana blacks are very unusual. Well, not unusual if you're from Louisiana. Tee-hee. People have to watch out when they are talking to a black person from Louisiana, because they may decide to make a racial joke thinking they are talking to someone white, only to get an ear full when the Louisiana black person sets them straight. Hahaha

Interesting, I'm also going to get my results from Ancestry by DNA - I'm waiting for my swabs:0).

I did not know this...interesting. I don't know enough about it, but I had thought that due to admixture that the results with African Ancestry might be some what "blurred". If this is not the case then it is truly good news! I was planning on testing with African Ancestry anyway, I just wanted to get a breakdown (percentage) of my ancestry ( I.e ?% Sub-saharan african, ?% European, etc). I was also, going to send an email to African Ancestry with some of my questions before I test, just to clarify how they get the results and whether or not admixture might overtly skew the results.

Thanks for letting me know:0).
