Re: DNA for Ewondo tribe in Cameroon
In Response To: Re: DNA for Ewondo tribe in Cameroon ()
I too "am" Ewondo from Cameroon. On my last DNA Tribes report (the October update) my scores were ridiculously high for the Ewondo. I had 1,672 Ewondo, Cameroon, and the next one was 677, Hutu, Rwanda! I think I'm going to wait until DNA Tribes adds more West African countries such as Ghana, (especially Ghana), Senegal, Cote D'Ivoire, Togo, Mali, and Niger. I feel like I keep paying and paying when I know it's so incomplete! It's really surprising that I have never seen Ghana on any of the databases........and frustrating too!! Oh well, in due time I suppose. I have maternal ancestry from Virginia and Georgia (near South Carolina) and paternal ancestry from North Carolina. The surnames are Bannister, (Virginia) Rieves, (Georgia), and Leonard (North Carolina).
