That's also wild to me because I had a professor in Grad School that was from Guinea-Bissau!! His last name was "Bah". He was a very handsome man indeed! BUT.............if DNA Tribes had Senegal, or the Sierra Leone, or maybe Ghana, you're saying I could closer matches there?? The reason I ask is because I've done quite a bit of research on the connection between what Slavers called "The Rice Coast", referring to the Sierra Leone, Senegal, Gambia, Guinea and South Carolina and Georgia!! Most of their slaves came from that specific region and would fetch a much higher price there too because of their knowledge of growing rice and in similar climactic conditions. In fact, when Slavers brought slaves from other regions such as Nigeria or Angola to Georgia or South Carolina, they would often not be able to sell them and would thus have to go somewhere else. Interesting huh???
