(J. Honora) Great Blog... All the articles were great I was especially happy to read the piece “Education for Victory” my Dad participated in the Navy's program to train workers during the war. After he finished the program in 1944 he was offered a job in California to work in the shipyard. The following year the rest of our family migrated from New Orleans to join him.
Our family has deep roots in New Orleans so I will be a follower of the CreoleGen.
