Need help with a Ancestral Mystery

I am trying to locate where an ancestor would have been burial in 1809 in the city of New Orleans. I attempting to locate the site of the grave. I discovered on the burial certificate written, St Louis church cemeteries in New Orleans. Where is this located? Would that be the one called St Louis Nr# 1, 2, or 3. Is there a history of these graves the would cover the period of (1809-1810)

The person name was Marguerite died in August 28 1809. Mathieu Marguarite (Ynes Mathieu) d: ca. 26 y.o. interred 8/29/1809 ( SLC, F8,147)

I don't know if the family held in their possession a private plot or was it common to just place the deceased body in the church designated cemetery unassigned.

Her father died about one year later and was said to have be buried in the same place
St Louis church cemeteries in New Orleans.

Mateo DUVAUX, son of Noel Duvaux and Theresa Picon, Native of Marseilles, Bacholar, born 14 Feb 1737 in Marseilles and baptized “ in the collegial and parochial church of Notre Dame des Accoules”, interred 20 Jul 1810 (SLC-F7-131).

Any assistance in determining where these two are buried in New Orleans would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
