Sue Cummings of Union, known to area history buffs as the treasurer/membership secretary of the Randolph Twp. Historical Society (RTHS), could also be called something of a "QSI," - a Quilt Scene Investigator.
After 35 years of tracking down quilts that were made in the Potsdam-Laura area (and other locales) and investigating the hundreds of clues that reveal the origin and history of the quilts, the detective has turned her discoveries into a book, "Album Quilts of Ohio's Miami Valley."
