Collins Cemetery

"Located one mile east of Kettlerville on north side of State Route 274, this colored cemetery in Van Buren Township has not been used for the past 50 years. The following record of transcriptions was made about 40 years ago (1935). Only a few tombstones remain in 1976."

***Joel W. Goings was the co-founder of the village of Rumley, Ohio in 1837. Rumley was an almost all Black village of several hundred families and prospered until the very early 1900's.
