I am looking for the person who posted a message to this board in August 2000 regarding genealogy in Biscoe and Cotton Plant, AR.

I am not (currently, at least) looking for information related to the surnames mentioned in that message board post, but my search is centered around the very same areas -- Biscoe (formerly Lower Hill Township) and Cotton Plant,
also Colona (immediately south of Cotton Plant).

I am tracing my ancestry for the surnames WASHINGTON and WOODFORD. Can anyone share information with me? Please let me know ...
