There is an African American Cemetery in Rockwall, Rockwall County, Texas. I volunteer a lot of work in helping the group upkeep the cemetery grounds, etc. We are interested in receiving the application form for Historic Texas Cemetery Designation. It is over 50 years old and the only African American Cemetery in our community. Please send me an application ....
