Re: Bell Cemetery - Tattnall County, GA.

I've just return from the Tattnall/Evans Co. area. And in Hagan, Ga., there's a cemetery that was own by a man named Bell. While talking to some gravediggers at this cemetery, they felt that the cemetery was known as "Bell Cemetery". This is located on Hodges St. at Deloach Hill Rd. From Hwy 280, turn and go North on Hodges St., about 3/4 mi. on left is Smith Chapel Holiness Church. Going along the left side of the church to the cemeteries. Yes, cemeteries, there three different cemeteries in the small area. If these are old burials, then those graves may be in the overgrown area. What are the names of your relatives? If this isn't the correct one, I feel it is in that part, that once was Tattnall Co., which is now Evans Co.
