Wow! This is so unbelievable. Now it makes sense as to why I cannot locate my great grandmother's grave information at Mt. Carmel cemetary. I finally was able to get a copy of her death certificate for genealogy research and it listed Southern Funeral Home on Vance Ave. as the place where her body was taken and Mt. Carmel as the burial site. I'm going to try the funeral home to see if they kept records for that cemetary and will share my findings.
