My name is Michelle Kidd and my mother is buried @ Washington Park. I'm ashamed to say it but i have not been able to make it up t5here in a couple of years to visit the grave site but what i'm hearing about this matter with the up keep of the cemetery turns my stomach to think that whoever is is dumping here has no respect for our loved ones as lay to rest.
