This past Labor Day weekend while at a Family Reunion, a graveside ceremony was held at the site where some of my early ancestors are buried. The cemetery is located on private property which lies adjacent to land which was owned by my 3rd great-grandfather. He purchased 200 acres of land in Concord Twp., Champaign County, Ohio in 1829.

Buried in 'Johnson Cemetery' are Lewis & Susan Adams, my 3rd great-grandparents, Sibbah Mastison, Lewis' mother, Isaac & Isaiah Adams sons of Lewis & Susan, Margaret (Adams) Gaitor, a daughter and Mary Ann Gaitor, a granddaughter.
