I would like to know if someone could direct us to the rightful owners of Washington Park Cemetery. Is it St.Louis International Air Port or The city of Berkeley?

There must be a way that this Cemetery can be cleaned up.
It's such a bad feeling that you can't even visit your love ones. I don't think it's asking much just to be able to stand over a love one and "Pray". It means a lot because this was the last place of contact.

Hopefully someone can help us and where do we start.
