Re: Paradise North Cemetery, Harris County, Texas

Ron, why don't you get some interested parties involved to help and we can get Paradise North
Cemetery completed, there in Acres Home. I have relatives buried there. My husband and I have just completed Mt. Triumph in Barbrake, LA. Once we complete PNC cemetery, we can set a date to do another. My husband and I have completed about twenty cemeteries in Harris, San Jacinto, Anderson, and Montgomery Counties. We will complete Mt. Olive Cemetery in New Orleans, soon. So lets do Paradise North, as well as the Negro Cemetery in Forth Ward. We cleaned the Boone-Donohue Cemetery in Coldspring, TX. It was a Choctaw Cemetery, before it became a Slave Cemetery. The owners of the slaves buried there are also buried in the front part or White section of the cemetery that was well maintained. Some of the Whites interred there were Revolutionary Veterans, but the slave and Choctaw side was sold to a Timber Company that destroyed all the head stones. It will be ultrasound to locate the burials. We have some names listed, but we know not where they are and there are no Choctaw Names. Please email us if interested. vw
