In every other culture an appology would have been forthcomming by now when a genuine mistake has been made, but the RGD? NOOOOOOOO. They take your money and give you nothing in return, not even a sorry for the delay.

We have all come to expect this kind of sloppy service from the RGD and noone including Ms Holness (apparently Head of the RGD)to to appologise. If Ms Holness cannot accept that there are problems and fails to address them then what hope does the RGD have for the future? I have given up on sending money, I source Jamaican genealogy elsewhere.
