I mailed a international money order to the Registar generals office 5 months ago the money order was cashed 10 days after I mailed it and it is now 9-6-2009 i still haven't recieved my birth certificate. Any suggestions because none of their phone numbers work and they dont reply to emails. I'm in desperate need of my birth paper to renew my jamaican passport and the old birth papers are no longer accepted. Any suggestions email me at courtdavis25k@yahoo.com
