RGD your customer Serv Operator Ruth, stinks at her job! Please remind her that she is not doing me "a favor" but actually doing her job! Holding the tracking number ransom I hope will do her well. I paid $85 USD for someone to tell me they are doing ME a favor?! What planet is the RGD on? i should have gotten a tracking number from last week as I paid for a 7 day Service from March 22 and got crap attitude! I am beyond disappointment and am totally appalled. And the Service for online persons are virtually none existent....no wonder Jamaica can't get any better!
