If EVER you need to talk to an expert about your research in the Caribbean, the man to seek out is Peter Carr. Peter is one of those special folks who enjoys sharing with others. He puts out a journal giving information and data on ALL the Caribbean area, called "The Caribbean Historical & Genealogical Journal", and is the author of several books.
