Hi, this is what I know. Rosa Charon Ortiz married Sebastian Hernandez y Acevedo on March 29, 1915( not sure about the exact date, but it was the Saturday before Easter in 1915) at Iglesia San Carlos de Borromeo in Aguadilla. Her mother was Isabel Ortiz, father Felix Charon. Rosa was born in Aguada. On the 1930 census, their race was noted as negro. As for her siblings, Rosa, Francisca and Toribio all had the same parents; Filomena, Anita, Maria and Segundo's mother was Faustina Vasquez. Segundo moved to New York, Francisca and Filomena never married. They both died in Aguadilla between 1965 and 1969.
