Greetings!

I am trying to find information on my grandfather, a famous, Black doctor (nowadays he'd be referred to as a metaphysician, some of the old folks called him a witch doctor), whose last name was Licorish.

He was able to heal people over long distances and became very rich. He lived in St Michael up to his death the late 50's/early 60s, but I don't know much more about him except he adopted my mother, a Goddard from St. James. I also have a small new age themed book he wrote in the 30s.

I was born in the States and my mom is now deceased so any help on where I can get more info would be greatly appreciated!
