i applied for my daughter's birth certificate october 6,2005,after several phone calls & e-mails which no one answer,i check the status on rgd website,a message was posted,my daughter's birth certificate cannot be found,i replied 2x to advised rgd i have a copy of my child's birth certificate in my hand sombody better find the informtion,3 weks later i got an e-mail advising me the birth certificate was found,it would be mailed shortly,i recieved a call 1 month after verifying my address,1 month after the phone call i revieved the birth certificates,it took 9 months,words cannot describe the service,ms holness and her team need training,they know nothing about customer service,i need a copy of my marriage certificate and i am afraid to contact them,they are worthless.
