I don't think I ever said I was happy to be a customer of the RGD. I had to damn near do their jobs for them, as the people there seemed to have no interest in doing their jobs themselves. And without the assistance of the Ministry of Health, I may still be certificate-less.
I'm not sure if it helped, but one thing I did very plainly state in one of the last emails I sent to both the RGD and the MOH was that their level of incompetence was horrible. I pointed out that even in the US they would likely be fired by now and I certainly would be suing them. If not for the incredible amount of money required to take them to court (being as I am not in Jamaica), I would have already done just that.
