As I said in my previous message, the person at the Ministry of Health that I contacted was "Grace Allen-Young". I actually had to contact her twice before anything got done. It seems that at first she gave the benefit of the doubt to Ms. Holness. Then when I sent another email to the both of them a month later, showing that the RGD still hadn't done anything, she was willing to then push for the RGD to actually do the job they are paid for.
I suggest sending a message to the both of them (Holness and Allen-Young, particularly - don't bother trying to send anything simply to the RGD, it is never answered). In the email, detail as best you can the attempts you have made to contact the RGD and the answers (or lack thereof) you have had from them.
