I'm very glad to hear you're interested in doing something about the terrible service. I'm having a major issue with getting a spelling mistake corrected on my marriage certificate (the groom's name is spelled incorrectly, but they managed to spell it right for his father). No matter what steps I take, neither Holness nor Winsome Perrin (to whom I returned one copy of the certificate by mail) ever make attempts to actually rectify the issue. They can't even seem to pull up my certificate on whatever database they use.

I need the certificate to change my name - it has been over 5 months now that I've been dealing with RGD....I'm going crazy!!!!! Any suggestions???
