I am also a Brewster (obviously) from Barbados but I think perhaps from a different side?
My Grandfather is a Brewster and I believe was born in/on Maxwell hill, Christchurch he married my Grandmother who was an Ingram.
His mother was I believe called Ursula though in typical Bajan fashion was known as Acee (pronounced ace E).
