This problem has gotten out of hand, trying to deal with the RGD is ridiculous. I have wasted too much of my time trying to contact Ms. Holness, who evidently does not even work regular hours - based on the fact that nobody at the RGD knows when she will be in. I have wasted yet another 10 minutes of international long distance trying to get ahold of her with no success. It has been now over 4 months since I first contacted the RGD and they have yet to ever communicate back to me with any news or information on my marriage certificate.

I have, however, learned that the RGD is controlled by the Ministry of Health (MOH). At the RGD I have been voicing my concerns to a Dr. Grace Allen-Young who is trying to work on this problem. I hope that she will be able to help resolve this issue and get me my long-overdue certificates.

By the way, I have in the process managed to find Ms. Holness's cellular phone number. If anyone else is having trouble with the RGD, I can give this to you and you can contact her directly. Not that she can do anything, but you may be able to convince her that you are having troubles with them.
