St. John - Carolina Plantation, Slave Births
(Partial posting with permission from the Caribbean Historical & Genealogical Journal, Oct 1993, Vol. I, No. 4, page 41.)
This is posted to give St. John researchers the name of the book which contains this material, and a taste of the contents of this list of slave births. In several cases, the parents are stated not to be from the same plantation. If anyone would like me to post all the names (2 1/2 pages) given in the Journal article, please let me know.
