Thanks. I called the Jamaica Consulate in DC instead. And tomorrow I'll visit the Honorary Consul's office here in Stone Mountain, GA (they closed early today). Hope this will be resolved soon.

I did pay for access to the Gleaner archives for a month. Already found an article about my cousin's disappearance back '80. He was Income Stamps Commissioner (or some-such title) under Manley and simply vanished. The case has never been solved. Also found a couple of pieces about awards being given at St. George's College where my Uncle Bobby went to high school. It was nice to see mention of him as a teenager.
