I read your post regarding your request for research documents from the government of Jamaica. I am sure that this would be a great embarrasment to Jamaica. When you consider how many Americans proudly point to their Jamaican ancestry, it is a tragedy that the bureaucrats that manage these records have prevented you and others from obtaining the records...Not to mention a significant loss of money.
