You are not they only one disappointed with the service (or lack of) from the RGD.
I have had a similar problem, paid for a service whilst at their offices in St Catherine Jamaica, then some three/four months later after my return home and many emails asking for the information they have found, they forward the same information I found when I was in Jamaica!! I emailed a letter (in confidence to) Dr Patricia Plummer it was read by at least three people and then I received an email from someone else saying what I have stated in my email cannot be proven. No apologies for the three months delay etc.
Needless to say I replied with a strong letter, informing them they indeed have a lot to learn about Customer Services, punctuality and how to speak to people.
Strange, I never heard from them again.
