These people are the worst!! They operate like scam artists! There's a woman that answers the phone by the name of Ruth, she's rude disrespectful, never answers your questions just talks over you as though she has no manners. I kept telling them I was calling from Canada and they repeatedly placed me on these excessive holds and transferred me over to their " customer service " department who never answers, the phone rings for at least a minute straight.
They informed me that if I paid the 130CND I would get my birth certificate in 7 business days. It's been 2 weeks no one contacted me, still nothing in the mail. When I said forget it I wanted my money back, that woman said they already cashed my money order. Why the hell would you cash a payment meant for a service that was not even done?? These people are NOTHING MORE THAN SCAMMERS!
