I am having the same problem to. I tried to apply for a birth entry number for a customer and i was told i would get a reply. I checked my emails and no reply. I emailed them for a response on what's happening with the application and i got no response.

I am wondering if i should give up too.

I am really upset, when i felt like i was getting somewhere, I still at the same place.
