We wait on average at least four months for a service you say will take a week. know you do not want to hear this but a number of my customers have the same problem and it is NOT getting any better regardless of your blurb.
Please have some respect and consideration for your customers and do not treat us like simpletons.
As a suggeston perhaps you can trial a system where if the documents are not found and the application processed within the allotted time how about you give the customer their money back or at least a percentage. It is a new year perhaps a new attitude towards your overseas customers would be a good idea.
