Thanks for the clarification, vkn. I now better understand what Alan was talking about in his post, here. Alan obviously understood (and knew) what he was talking about, and now, I understand that his reference was NOT to a place in the U.S. Some of us U.S. citizens seem to think that the world revolves around us!
