What miscommunication? I was never contacted back saying that they would actually do the research. They did state what the fees were and I had no problem with it. Something was also said about they didn't have the staff which is what made me feel as though they didn't want to help me. They also stated that since I knew one of the people that worked with them that I was better off getting in contact with them and then in the same email they told me to send them what I had prepared. I did this and never heard back from them until today 11/25/2008 from an email I sent to them January 17, 2007 saying that they did actually do the research and they were waiting for payment. They said I never sent the money but they never contacted me to tell me how much it would actually be. I didn't mean to cause a problem and I am so sorry if I did.
