It is a shame it took six months, instead of seven days. Did they give you a refund on the express service you did not receive?
Did they reimburse you for ALL the telephone calls you made? Or the emails sent? At the very least, you should have had something else other than your certificate. It is a good job the RGD is not based in any other country in the world. In America, they would have been sued into the ground by now. Another company would have bought out the business and new experienced staff would have been brought in, existing staff kicked out or re-trained (including the 'boss') and it would have been running like a legitimate business.
In England, they would have been humiliated on the National News, Parodied in the Media and Radio, then forced to close down as customers withdrew their support and business. Then a proper businessperson with an eye for detail and an excellent reputation for Customer satisfaction and loyalty would have bought it out.
Nevertheless, we will have to make do with the dross.
