I apply for my mother's brith certificate to take the American Embassy. I paid for the 7 days service from Augst 11, 2008 and today is August 27 and your record when I check same on the system is saying the record not yet located. I came to your office on the 26th August and one of your officer told me that it will be delivered to me today I am still waiting as my appointment is tomorrow. I email and still no reply.

Please let me know what is the status of my application.
