I applied to rgd in December 2007 and i still have'nt received my birth certificate.
i called from new york 3 time and wrote 5 times. i had to contact my postal service to get the number needed for inquiry and they just say it is not found. I donot know what to do i dont know anybody in jamaica i came to the states when i was 2 years old . I donot know what next to do to get my birth certificate.
