Hello! I am currently trying to find the connection between my HAITIAN family (the Vialet's) and the Vialet's of Louisiana. My family is colored, but I am not sure if there a blood link between the caucaisian and black/free blacks.

Did you happen to come across any information about the VIALET in either Haiti or Louisiana during your research?
